Har … aren’t you curious what our Singapore’s own T3 looks like inside before its official opening in January 2008? Thanks to my sis, I get to do a coverage on it with my gf and her family before it’s even opened for public viewing. This viewing is free for the family members, so theoretically I don’t waste anything here, but for all you wastrels out there planning for a getaway this is what the new terminal looks like.

This is the departure hall and the water feature that greets you after you clear the customs.

Many firsts in airport shopping!!! Very comfortable and expensive seats in the waiting area before boarding.

View is kind of blocked by the sunshades at the viewing gallery, but it’s cool and not glaring! The immigration checkpoint at the arrival hall.

 After viewing T3 even before it’s complete is really one hell of an experience. I want to thank my sis for that. T3 is really as nice as Honkong’s airport or maybe even better, that will have to wait until the shopping and dining is opened! Space wise and architectural design, it’s slightly better than Hongkong’s, but shopping and dining will always make a huge difference in my ranking so we will have to wait until the shops are opened before reaching a conclusion!

If you are not feeling so rich, they are selling 1 for $40. So when is my recommendations bad? I really like these lava lamp. It’s on offer now grab it while it’s still there!!! My gf bought the last white one and a red one. Too bad no blue ones left.

The salmon salad is highly recommended! It’s just some salmon and greens but what makes it special is the house salad dressing. I think it’s some tangy orange/lime/lemon sauce. The cha soba is so-so but I like cha soba…..it’s amazing how such simple ingredients can be so tasty.
